Local leads and ads
Find shops that need a site. Or watch their ads while they sleep.

How it's set up
Months of thin lists from chat tools. One Grok Bot pass returned 50 local businesses that needed a new site, each with a first draft. You can sell the list or build the sites. On ads, a bot reads yesterday's spend and only pings when cost jumps. The shop never logs into Grok Bot. The 50-lead run is the post. We are not attaching an ads return number.
- 01Name the city and the job: needs a site, or spends on ads.
- 02One run: shops with a weak site. Note what is wrong and the URL you looked at. Draft a short email that names that problem.
- 03You send. Do not invent that they asked. If you sell sites, price one page.
- 04For ads: connect yesterday's Meta spend. The bot only speaks when cost jumps. The shop never needs a Grok Bot login.
- 05Write the count you actually got. If it is not 50, say the real number.
Prompt
Find local shops that need a new or better site.
I will name the city and the trade. Only include real, checkable cases. Note what is wrong with the current site and the URL you looked at. Draft a short email that names that problem.
Never invent a shop, a URL, or a problem. I personalize and send.written from @bennash's public post — not their exact words.
How the money works
A shop pays you for the list, a site, or watching Meta ads. They do not pay Grok Bot. First $ is one paid page or one month of watch — not 50 closes.
What to try first
Name one city. Get a list with real shop names and a checked URL each. Send one email yourself.
Watch out
- Tokens: a huge crawl of a whole state will bill you.
- Time: two shops' ad logins on one computer mix files.
- Claim: 50 leads is one post. No ads return number here.
