Rank'em ads loop
One live game. Bots read the numbers. You change one ad.
from a public guide
How it's set up
Rank'em is a real game on iOS and Android. The official studio guide is what we saw. One bot reads ads and store numbers and is the only one allowed to call a finding. Creatives get a spec. They swapped a party ad for a partner ad when the data showed couples. Install cost went from about $15 to about $1. Day-7 stay was about 4× better. About 1,000 downloads in a week. One game. Still early.
- 01Name one manager bot and five specialists. No one steals a job. You approve spend.
- 02The numbers bot reads ads and store numbers. Only that bot may call a finding.
- 03Creatives get a written spec: what to make. Not a vibe.
- 04Set a night spend recap and a morning funnel note. Use the ad account you already have.
- 05Monday: compare ad cost to store numbers. Change one ad. Write the before and after.
- 06Keep it to one game. Do not let five bots all spend.
Prompt
You are the ads desk for one live game.
One manager. Specialists do not steal jobs. Only the numbers bot may call a finding. Creatives get a spec, not a vibe.
Each night: recap spend. Each morning: funnel note. Monday: compare ad cost to store numbers.
I approve anything that spends. Change one ad from a number, not a guess. Write the before and after.written from the official xAI Rank'em studio guide's public post — not their exact words.
How the money works
You pay the ad network for installs. The game can make money later from the store or in-app buys. The write-up is cheaper installs and people who stayed. It is not a full P&L. First win is a lower cost per install you can point at, not profit.
What to try first
Tonight: one spend recap in one place. Tomorrow: change one ad from a number, not a feeling.
Watch out
- Tokens: five bots reading ads overnight will bill you.
- Time: cheaper installs are not profit.
- Claim: numbers are from one official studio guide. One game.
