One-person trading desk

Named bots research and check. You still send the order.

shared by @RohOnChain

How it's set up

The public guide maps a fund onto eight named bots: ops first, research second, maker-checker so no bot grades its own work. Cash would be profit on trades you still sign. A guide is not a fund. We have no public track record.

  1. 01Stand up the paper trail first: a log of every idea, check, and (paper) send. No live cash this week.
  2. 02Name the bots. Research is not risk. Risk is not the person who sends.
  3. 03Give research a method it can cite. It does not mark its own calls. If it cannot source a number, it says so.
  4. 04A second bot checks for missing data. You read both notes.
  5. 05Write the rule in the bot file: only you send. Run one paper trade. Write the result by hand.
  6. 06Do not connect a broker until the log is boring and complete.

Act as my fund architect. Stand up a research-and-operations desk as named bots. Build in this order. Do not skip ahead.

1. Paper trail first. A log of every idea and every send.
2. Research second. Cite a real method for every signal. Never fabricate a number or a backtest.
3. The bot that makes a call is never the bot that checks it.
4. Only I can send an order. Paper trade until I arm you in writing.

This is not financial advice. Do not take outside money. Do not place a live order.

How the money works

If a paper or live trade makes money, that gap is yours after costs. If it loses, that loss is yours. The bots do not get a cut. There is no public profit number to copy.

What to try first

This week: one paper trade with a written log. The bot cannot send.

Watch out

  • Tokens: a desk that runs all day can blow the week.
  • Time: live cash before a boring log is how people skip the hard part.
  • Claim: the guide is not a receipt. No public profit number.
